Categories marked with an (*) above receive (1) President's Reception Ticket. President's Reception tickets are not automatically included in Guest/Spouse, Office Staff/Technician, or Student registrations and must be purchased separately. You do not need to be a registrant to attend the President’s Reception, but you will need to purchase a ticket if not registered.

Guest/Spouse registration can be added to any registration category above during the registration process. CE is not available for this registration category.
Office Staff/Team Program##
If you are registering yourself as a Technician or Office Staff, you can do so online via the registration process. All office staff must register as attendees (not as Guest/Spouse).
The Thursday/Friday all-day Dental Implant Team Network program is optional for Office Staff/Tech attendees. You must add each of these to your registration - the Thursay team session is complimentary, and the there is a $150 fee to attend the Friday breakout tracks. On-site registration for the Team program will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacities. Please click here for more information about the Team program.
