District Caucus Lunches

Noon - 1:30 p.m.
Meet with colleagues who practice in the same geographical area while discussing AAID business. District Caucuses are open to both credentialed and general AAID members. This is an excellent way to become involved in the workings of the AAID while developing new contacts in the profession. While all AAID members are welcome to attend, only credentialed members can cast votes. Pick up a boxed lunch in the exhibit hall and meet your district members in the assigned meeting room.
AAID Annual Business Meeting
Saturday, November 4
2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Each year the AAID convenes the Annual Business Meeting at the conclusion of the Annual Conference. Voting members gather to induct new Associate Fellows and Fellows, award the Honored Fellow designation, elect national officers, and conduct any other necessary governing business. The authorized voting section is reserved at the front of the room for AAID Fellows, Associate Fellows, Academic Associate Fellows, and Life members. Badges will be scanned at the door to determine credentialed status. General members and nonmembers are encouraged to attend and observe the proceedings. Family and friends of newly credentialed members are also invited to attend the induction, which will take place at the beginning of the Annual Business Meeting. Family and friends are not required to have badges to attend.
