Important Update 9/11/2023:  Please note that the AAID room block is sold out on Saturday, November 4 and at this time the hotel has very limited availability that evening as well. Rates may be much higher for Saturday night than the discounted AAID group rate. The housing link below will show rates current at the time of booking. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

Room Rate:
AAID has negotiated a room rate of $269 per night for single/double occupancy ($299 Friday/Saturday). This rate does not include tax, currently 13.38%. Attendees can opt-in to a discounted $45.95 plus tax resort service fee, which offers fitness center access and in-room high speed internet access. The cutoff date for this special negotiated rate is October 6, 2023, or once the room block has been filled. After this time, availability will be limited and higher rates may apply.

Please note that availability of rooms and room/bed type is not guaranteed, even prior to the cut-off date. You are encouraged to book your room reservation as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:
One night’s room and tax is required as a deposit, which is refundable if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

Transportation

Caesars Palace is located 4 miles/15 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). 

Uber and Lyft are both available at the airport, as are taxis. Please note that ride share drop-off is located some distance from the hotel's front desk. More information about airport transportation can be found here.
