Immediate implant placement in anterior site offers numerous advantages for practitioner success and patient comfort including reduced surgical time, superior tissue management and improved patient esthetics. Various challenges may exist for immediate placement in the esthetic zone, however implant design factors and novel restoration techniques have proven successful versus delayed protocols. This didactic and hands-on course will teach practitioners the essentials of immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone from a unique biomechanical perspective. Attendees will participate in a hands-on exercises designed to simulate anterior implant placement, sight preservation, and immediate temporization via lab-fabricated provisional.
