Sangiv I. Patel, DDS, RDH, AFAAID

Dr. Patel is the founder and developer of The Innovative Smile, the physics-based model of dentistry that is focused on an abundance of innovative, evidenced-based, predictable dental solutions designed to create longevity. He is a published author, lecturer, CE provider, instructor, and beta tester for TekScan, Inc., BioResearch, Inc., and has worked with Carestream and CEREC by Sirona. He graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Dentistry in 1989 with his RDH degree (Magna Cum Laude) and in 1993 with his DDS (Magna Cum Laude). He received his Mastership in dental biometrics from BioResearch, Inc. in 2009, and is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry since 2011. He has served as faculty of the San Juan, Puerto Rico AAID MaxiCourse®, as well as in the Loyola University of Chicago School of Dentistry and Brevard Community College.
