Shirley M. Kelly

Shirley Kelly is president of Dental Office Solutions, LLC, a dental staffing firm that provides human resources, continuing education and practice management services to dentist and their teams. She has more than 25 years of management experience. Before starting her company, she worked as a regional manager for BrightNow! Dental, is one of the leading DPM Corporations in the nation.

She managed eight facilities and was responsible for all aspects of operations from staffing, implementation of policy and procedures, OSHA compliance to setting incentives and achieving financial goals of her region.

Shirley earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a certificate in human resource management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resource Management. In addition to her professional career, she enjoys traveling, jigsaw puzzles, reading, and spending time with her family.
