The overall purpose of the lecture is to illustrate the ease of increasing the quality of the clinical photographs needed in clinical presentations. The presentation is designed to provide general knowledge about macro/clinical photography concepts for the purposes of case acceptance/presentations, communication, marketing, and legal documentation. Photography has become a key element in the digital workflow paradigm. Auditors will be able to distinguish composition and lighting quality to achieve optimal contrast and sharpness while using any camera, particularly DSLR/mirrorless cameras. Correct patient positioning will enable the clinician to better visualize and photograph the area of interest. We will examine a timeline to show how every clinician can improve their photography skills almost instantly.
